Brother of the Year 2007

On Saturday, April 21st the members of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity gathered for what would be the 2007 Brother of the Year Formal known to most as BOTY. Of the five candidates chosen, one of them would go home the distinct honor of being crowned brother of the year. Brother of Year, in short, is an award given to the member that displays the characteristics an ideals of a Phi Tau man. This year the five candidates were Michael Bergeson, Chris Calder, Andrew Ferenc, Derrick Gossen, and Clint Pernack. After a close vote, but the 2007 Brother of the Year award was presented to Derrick Gossen. He also received a $500 from the Phi Kappa Tau Board of Governers for his contributions to the fraternity. Congratulations Derrick!
